An information processing device comprising: a network communication unit for connecting to a prescribed network to which is connected at least one processing device that provides the function of an application process to a mobile device via wireless communication; and a handover processing unit for executing a first handover process for the application process being executed by a prescribed processing device connected to the prescribed network or executed by the information processing device itself to be handed over to an other processing device connected to the prescribed network.
