Abstract:
An information processing device for managing or controlling a moving body that is used by a user on the basis of prescribed use conditions, wherein said moving body is configured to be able to switch between an automated driving mode and a manual driving mode, and wherein said information processing device is provided with: a use condition acquisition unit which acquires information relating to the use conditions of the moving body; a switching instruction acquisition unit which acquires a switching instruction for switching the driving mode of the moving body; and a switching determination unit which determines, on the basis of the use conditions of the moving body, whether or not to permit the driving mode switching indicated by the switching instruction.
