Abstract:
A photographed image acquisition unit 50 of an information processing device 10 acquires polarized image data including polarization information for a plurality of azimuths. An imaging device information acquisition unit 53 acquires information regarding the location and position of an imaging device. A viewpoint control unit of a photographic subject information acquisition unit 54 controls a plurality of viewpoints from which polarized images are photographed. A focus point information acquisition unit 64 sets a focus pixel in a polarized image from a first viewpoint, said focus pixel having a degree of polarization that is greater than or equal to a threshold value, and specifies a pixel representing the same focus point in a polarized image from a second viewpoint, then calculates, as a normal vector, the line of intersection of incidence planes that are obtained with regard to each of the viewpoints. An output data generation unit 56 generates and outputs output data that is based on the result.
