An information processing device (120) according to the present invention is provided with: a storage unit (126) which stores, in an associated manner, predetermined placement locations (1261) for products (111) on a product rack (110) and display information (1262) displayed at these predetermined placement locations, and further stores product information (1263) about the products; an acquisition unit (121) which acquires a captured image including images of products in the vicinity of a predetermined placement location; a first identification unit (122) which identifies, on the basis of the captured image, a product in the captured image and the location on the product rack at which the product is actually placed; a second identification unit (123) which identifies both the display information associated with the predetermined placement location matching the identified actual placement location, and the product information about the identified product, by reference to the storage unit; a determination unit (124) which determines whether the identified display information differs from the identified product information; and an output unit (125) which, if it is determined that the identified display information differs from the identified product information, outputs information indicating the determination from the information processing device (120).
