Abstract:
This information processing device comprises a means for acquiring, from a client device arranged in each of a plurality of moving bodies, activity information regarding the activity of a driver of each moving body and position information regarding the position of a moving body; a means for determining the psychological state of the driver with reference to the activity information; a means for storing psychological state information regarding the determined psychological state in association with position information associated with the activity information referred to in the determination; and a means for determining a traffic state in a region or position in a predetermined range by referring to a plurality of pieces of psychological state information associated with position information corresponding to said region or position.
