Abstract:
Provided is an information processing device comprising: a status-related information reception unit that, with respect to a flying object that, functions as a stratosphere platform and emits, from a service link (SL) antenna, an SL beam to form a wireless communication area to provide a wireless communication service to a user terminal in the wireless communication area, receives status-related information related to a status above a ground area in which the wireless communication service is provided; and a placement determination unit that, in order to establish a feeder link between a gateway on board a mobile body and the flying object, determines placement of the mobile body in an area of the ground area in which the status above satisfies a predetermined status condition, on the basis of the status-related information.
