HDR images and SDR images having embedded identification marks are stored in individual segment regions comprising a plurality of variation data items that have mutually different items of identification information embedded therein and that can each be decoded with a different key, and individual segment regions of content having common segment regions comprising a single data item. Packets that range from the head packets to the final packets of the HDR images or SDR images having embedded identification marks are stored within the range of the individual segment regions. The HDR images and SDR images having embedded identification marks have the same scene image.
