Abstract:
Provided are in information processing device, a regeneration processing device, an information processing method, and a regeneration processing method that readily provide a viewing experience that corresponds to viewer preferences. A data acquisition unit (101) obtains content comprising a plurality of component streams. A file generation unit (105) generates content RAP (Random Access Point) information that indicates random access points for the content, generating same on the basis of random access points for component streams for the content obtained by the data acquisition unit (101).
