According to the present invention, provided is an information processing device (30) of a second manager, comprising: a first acquisition unit (31) for acquiring first information collected by a first information processing device installed at a first roadway and managed by a first manager; a second acquisition unit (32) for acquiring second information collected by a second information collection device installed at a second roadway and managed by the second manager; and a notification unit (33) for notifying the first manager of the first information and/or information sensed on the basis of the first information.
