Abstract:
An information processing device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an input unit for accepting an input of text information; a first engine unit for searching for a response associated with a predetermined character string when the predetermined character string is included in the text information; a second engine part for reasoning and selecting a response on the basis of a keyword extracted by morphological analysis of the text information when the predetermined character string is not included in the text information; and an output unit for outputting the response selected by the first engine unit or the second engine unit.
