Abstract:
By generating and using a speech collection list in which a plurality of instances of user speech are collected, the present invention achieves a device and method that can accurately and repeatedly execute processing based on the plurality of instances of user speech. A learning processing unit generates a speech collection list in which a plurality of instances of user speech corresponding to a plurality of differing processing requests are collected. Furthermore, the generated speech collection list is displayed on a display unit. The learning processing unit generates the speech collection list and stores the speech collection list in a storage unit in cases such as when user consent is obtained or it is determined that the execution of a plurality of processes corresponding to user speech has succeeded, or when a combination of a plurality of instances of user speech reaches or exceeds a predefined threshold value or it is inferred that the user is satisfied.
