Title:
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/163242
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a device and a method for detecting a misrecognized user speech on the basis of the dialog thereafter. An information processing device comprises a speech recognition unit for recognizing user speech, and a learning unit for updating the reliability that is an assessment value indicating a probability for the speech recognition results for the user speech on the basis of the dialog between the user and the information processing device after the user speech. The speech recognition unit generates data indicating a reliability for user speech recognition that maps a plurality of user speech candidates based on the speech recognition results for the user speech to the reliability that is an assessment value indicating a probability for each of the user speech candidates. The learning unit analyzes the context of the dialog between the user and the information processing device after the user speech, or analyzes topic consistency, to update the degree of reliability for the user speech recognition.
