Abstract:
The present invention is capable of using the same beads to highly accurately evaluate the performance of and adjust a device for optical analysis of fine particles. The present invention provides an information processing device comprising an information processing unit for: acquiring, at a plurality of light irradiation powers, a plurality of fluorescence intensities of a fluorescence signal from a sample comprising particles labeled using a fluorescent dye having a single fluorescence intensity; recognizing an intensity range for each of the plurality of detected fluorescence intensities on the basis of a fluorescence intensity ratio for the sample; and calculating information about the sensitivity of the fluorescence detection unit.
