[Problem] To forecast future payment reserve requirements for an insurance company. [Solution] An information processing device 100 is provided with: a training means for causing a neural network to perform learning such that, in order to forecast a payment reserve for an insurance company by means of a neural network, when request data about as yet unpaid insurance money is inputted on the basis of past insurance money request data, unknown cumulative losses based on the request data about as yet unpaid insurance money are estimated and outputted; and a payment reserve forecasting means for forecasting the future payment reserve requirements, as a result of inputting the request data about as yet unpaid insurance money to the neural network that has completed learning by the training means and obtaining output of the unknown cumulative losses.
