Abstract:
In order to generate a work shift in which the occurrence of sleepiness is taken into account, a data acquisition unit (30) acquires a measurement result of a driver's state of sleep, and a score calculation unit (32) calculates a score that indicates the possibility of the driver being asleep on the basis of the acquired measurement result of the sleep state. Meanwhile, a shift generation unit (38) generates a work shift, on the basis of the score calculated by the score calculation unit, in which work is allocated preferentially to a time slot in which the possibility of the driver being asleep is low.
