Abstract:
[Problem] The objective of the invention is to provide an information processing device with which, when failure information is output, the failure status can be understood more easily by a user. [Solution] The information processing device is provided with: a receiving unit which receives failure occurrence information indicating that a failure has occurred in an automated transaction device; and an output control unit which causes an output unit to change the form in which information indicating the failure of the automated transaction device is output, on the basis of the difference between a recovery time limit associated with the automated transaction device indicated in the received failure occurrence information, and the elapsed time since the date and time at which the failure occurred, indicated in the failure occurrence information.
