Abstract:
In cases where local devices (6, 6a) have a master transfer function, a portion of a memory space of each of the local devices (6, 6a) which is to be controlled from a system host (2) is mapped onto a memory space on the system host (2) side, and the plurality of local devices (6, 6a) are virtually reconfigured as a single local device. Thus, an information processing device (4) is provided wherein, when connecting to a plurality of local devices (6, 6a), a resource shortage on the system host (2) side is resolved by appropriately mapping, onto the memory space, necessary register of the local devices (6, 6a) from the perspective of the system host (2).
