Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a user information acquisition unit that acquires user information identifying a user; a display unit; a viewing time measurement unit that measures the viewing time during which a pre-registered registered user views content information displayed on the display unit; and a control unit. The control unit: determines whether a user is a registered user, on the basis of the user information and registered user information identifying registered users, and if the user is determined to be a registered user, causes the display unit to display the content information; causes the viewing time measurement unit to measure the viewing time; compares the cumulative viewing time, which is the total viewing time in a prescribed period, and a viewing limit time, which is a preset cumulative viewing time upper limit; and if the cumulative viewing time is determined to be equal to or greater than the viewing limit time, warns the registered user.
