Abstract:
[Problem] To realize a dynamic and flexible dialog that corresponds to an inquiry from a user. [Solution] Provided is an information processing device provided with a reception unit for receiving inquiry information, an acquisition unit for acquiring answer information for the inquiry information from at least one or more acquisition destination candidates determined on the basis of the inquiry information, and a transmission unit for transmitting response information generated on the basis of the answer information, the acquisition unit transmitting a request in which a common data format is used to the at least one or more acquisition destination candidates and acquiring answer information in which a common data format based on the request is used.
