Abstract:
A placement spot detection unit 105 detects whether or not there is a transported goods placement spot provided at a destination of the transported goods that is transported by a drone 20. A separation determination unit 107 determines whether or not the drone 20 transporting the transported goods can leave the transported goods separately at the destination. When it is determined that this is not possible, a standby airspace determination unit 108 determines a standby airspace where the drone 20 is kept standing by. A standby time determination unit 109 determines a standby time for which the drone 20 is kept standing by in the determined standby airspace. The standby time determination unit 109 determines a time as the standby time in which time a next destination can be reached by a scheduled arrival time even when set out after standby. A standby related indication unit 110 issues standby-related indications to the drone 20.
