Abstract:
An information processing device according to the present invention is equipped with a substrate on which a plurality of elements are mounted. This information processing device is provided with: a first element that is mounted on the substrate; a second element which is mounted on the substrate and at least one of the heat generation density and the heat resistance of which is lower than that of the first element; a first heat radiation member that has a first part which is flat-plate-like and a second part which projects from the first part and which is thermally in contact with the surface of the first element not opposed to the substrate; and a second heat radiation member that has a third part which is flat-plate-like and a fourth part which projects from the third part and which is thermally in contact with the surface of the second element not opposed to the substrate.
