Abstract:
A flight information acquisition unit 102 periodically acquires flight information of drones 20 (information indicating flight statuses, including drone positions and flight directions). An unplanned flight determination unit 103 determines whether a drone 20, which belongs to a group over which the unplanned flight determination unit 103 has control, is following an unplanned flight on the basis of acquired flight information. A first collision identification unit 105 identifies a drone 20 that has the potential to collide with a drone 20 that is following an unplanned flight on the basis of the flight plan of the drone 20, which belongs to another group. When the flight status of the drone 20 that is following an unplanned flight is acquired, an unplanned flight notification unit 107 provides notification of the flight status to a server device 10 associated with the drone 20 identified by the first collision identification unit 105.
