Abstract:
According to the present invention, a degradation degree determination unit (103) determines that the degree of degradation becomes greater when the time from the installation of a facility becomes longer. A location condition acquisition unit (104) acquires, as a location condition of a facility to be inspected, the distances to locations (the sea and a factory, etc.) at which the air includes a causative component for degrading the facility. The degradation degree determination unit (103) determines the degree of degradation by allowing the slope of a time-series variation of the degree of degradation to be larger as the distance indicated by the acquired location condition for the facility is shorter. An operation plan generation unit (101) generates an operation plan that meets an inspection requirement of each facility according to the determined degrees of degradation for a plurality of facilities. Specifically, the operation plan generation unit (101) generates the operation plan by taking a longer time in acquiring inspection data as the determined degree of degradation for a facility is higher.
