Abstract:
In the present invention, the operations of a drone 10a and a drone 10b are controlled by different subjects, and in a case where an operation control device 20a has not ascertained flight plan information or cargo information of the drone 10b, and an operation control device 20b has not ascertained flight plan information or cargo information of the drone 10a, if the drones 10a and 10b are to land at a shared destination during a shared time period, a conflict can occur between the landing operations of these drones. Upon detecting that drones 10 are going to land at a shared destination during a shared time period, a server device 30 determines the order in which the drones 10 are to land at the destination, and then outputs information concerning the determined order to a control device which controls the flights of the drones 10.
