Abstract:
An information processing method according to disclosed technology is executed on a computer having a control unit and memory. The control unit executes: acceptance of information indicating prescribed training concerning the torso; identification of a threshold value with respect to the prescribed training on the basis of threshold information that is stored in the memory and in which a threshold value is associated with each training concerning the torso; acquisition of the value of a signal detected from a sensor mounted on a user to be evaluated; and evaluation of the posture of the user during the prescribed training on the basis of the result of comparing the signal value and the threshold value.
