Abstract:
Disclosed are an information processing method and device. The method comprises: extracting user feature information in a media content browsed by a plurality of users (S101); dividing the plurality of users into at least one cluster category according to the user feature information (S102); training a classification model corresponding to each cluster category (S103); judging whether the classification model, a pre-set quantity of classification accuracies of which are greater than a pre-set accuracy threshold value, exists (S104); and if so, determining the classification model, the classification accuracies of which are greater than the pre-set accuracy threshold value, to be a target classification model, and a class corresponding to each of the target classification models to be a target cluster category (S105). The method can construct a target cluster category and a target classification model for classifying users of an unknown category, and users having a category which is difficult to differentiate can be effectively filtered out, improving the classification accuracy.
