Abstract:
A speech recognition unit 3 converts the speech of a speaker into text data. An intention assumption unit 4 extracts a call name from the text data, and searches a database (2) for registration information which satisfies a condition corresponding to the call name. A search result output unit 5 presents the registration information that was searched for to the speaker.
