In the present invention, a management server 1: acquires identification information for a device; acquires, from memory, association information associated with the acquired identification information, the association information including the installation location of the device in a facility, an installation procedure for the device, and a structural drawing showing the structure of the facility; generates installation information including the acquired installation procedure and an installation screen on which the installation location is shown on the acquired structural drawing; outputs the installation information; and, if it is detected that the installation procedure for the device has been completed up to a first procedure, outputs connection confirmation information for performing a connection confirmation task with regard to a wire connection for the device.
