[Problem] To provide a technology for improving the productivity of, in particular, a working robot through an image acquired by an image-capturing device or a technology for making it possible to check a prescribed event occurrence situation at least a posteriori. [Solution] Provided is an information processing method executing: a step for a captured image data acquisition unit to acquire captured image data of an object to be image-captured including at least a robot arm and an object to be controlled; a step for a control unit to change a state of the object to be controlled for each prescribed period based on user setting; an image comparison step for an image comparison unit to compare the captured image data with reference image data; and a step for a result information acquisition unit to detect a prescribed state change on the basis of the comparison result in the image comparison step, acquire result information pertaining to the work of the robot arm, and store the result information in a result information storage unit, wherein the result information includes the captured image data including the robot arm for at least each period.
