Abstract:
In the present invention, a delivery management server (2): receives, from smart glasses (3), a cargo ID for identifying cargo which is the subject of work by a worker, and a worker ID for identifying the worker; extracts delivery history information for a delivery destination ID corresponding to the received cargo ID; determines whether there is a match between the worker ID received currently and a worker ID of a worker that was previously delivered to the delivery destination corresponding to the delivery destination ID in the extracted delivery history information; and if there is not a match between the worker ID received this time and the previous worker ID, extracts delivery destination specific information which relates to cargo delivery and is specific to the delivery destination corresponding to the delivery destination ID, and transmits the extracted delivery destination specific information to the smart glasses (3).
