Abstract:
Provided is an information processing system for an elevator, the information processing system generating information with which it is possible to ascertain the state of users on a landing. This information processing system (18) comprises a camera (23), a detection unit (32), a computation unit (34), and an aggregation unit (35). An observation device (20) is installed at a landing (5) of an elevator (1). The elevator (1) is applied to a facility (2) having a plurality of floors. The detection unit (32) detects a user on the landing (5) on the basis of an image of the landing (5) captured by the camera (23), which is mounted in the observation device (20). The computation unit (34) calculates, using the result of detection by the detection unit (32), the time for which each user detected by the detection unit (32) waits on the landing (5) and/or the number of users on the landing (5) as the state of users on the landing (5). The aggregation unit (35) aggregates the state of users, as calculated by the computation unit (34), for each preset time band.
