Abstract:
This information processing system (10) comprises an information terminal (20), a first management device (30), and a control device (50). The first management device (30) includes a first secure storage unit (34) in which a new second private key and a new second public key are stored, and a first storage unit (33). The first management device (30) acquires a server certificate and a root certificate from a first external storage device (71) and stores the acquired server certificate and root certificate in the first storage unit (33). The first management device (30) transmits, to the control device (50), a new root certificate that includes the new second public key. The first management device (30) generates a new signature for a first public key that is included in the server certificate stored in the first storage unit (33) by using the new second private key and transmits a new server certificate that includes the first public key and the new signature to the information terminal (20).
