Abstract:
In this information processing device, which provides service information relevant to the running state of a vehicle and the driving state of the driver on the basis of vehicle-acquired information collected from a vehicle-mounted device, a reception unit (101) receives, from a communication terminal (121), both a vehicle identifier that identifies the vehicle (110) and accumulated information accumulated by said vehicle (110). An accumulation unit (102) extracts vehicle-related information from said accumulated information, associates said vehicle-related information with the vehicle identifier, and accumulates said vehicle-related information. An identifier acquisition unit (103) acquires a driver identifier that identifies the driver corresponding to the vehicle identifier. Another accumulation unit (104) extracts driver-related information from the abovementioned accumulated information, associates said driver-related information with the driver identifier, and accumulates said driver-related information. On the basis of the accumulated vehicle-related information, one selection unit (105) selects first service information for the vehicle (110) indicated by the vehicle identifier, and on the basis of the driver-related information, another selection unit (106) selects second service information for the driver. A transmission unit (107) transmits the first service information and/or the second service information to another communication terminal (130).
