Abstract:
The present technology relates to an information processing system, an information processing method, and an information processing device which enable a suitable operator to be allocated to a vehicle on the basis of both the state of a vehicle to be remotely monitored, and the state of the operator. A vehicle state determining unit determines states of a plurality of vehicles to be remotely monitored. A monitoring state determining unit determines a state relating to remote monitoring for a plurality of operators. An allocating unit allocates at least one operator to each of the plurality of vehicles, to remotely monitor the vehicle, on the basis of the states of the plurality of vehicles determined by the vehicle state determining unit, and the states relating to remote monitoring for the plurality of operators, determined by the monitoring state determining unit. The present technology is applicable to management systems, for example.
