The purpose of the present technology is to provide an information processing system capable of presenting, in an easy-to-understand manner, information on a factor that can affect the performance of a biological particle analysis device.　The present technology provides an information processing system comprising a biological particle analysis device and an information processing device, wherein the biological particle analysis device includes a control unit that controls a vibrating element to form droplets containing biological particles, and the information processing device includes a processing unit that generates image data using device information data acquired from the biological particle analysis device. The device information data is at least one piece of data selected from among parameters related to adjustment of the vibrating element, parameters related to factors that can affect the state of the droplets, and data related to the operating status of the biological particle analysis device.
