Abstract:
A fault analysis device (120) acquires information concerning the runtime status of a data center, determines, based on the information concerning the runtime status, information relating to fault recovery work on the data center, and transmits the information relating to the fault recovery work to HMDs (101, 104). The HMDs (101, 104) composite computer graphics image data, which provides instructions for a fault recovery work method, on the basis of the information relating to the fault recovery work, upon a video image of real space, and presents same. If, after the fault recovery work by the guidance presented by the HMDs (101, 104), new information concerning the runtime status of the data center is acquired, the fault analysis device (120) makes a determination, based on the information concerning the runtime status, of information relating to the fault recovery work on the data center, and transmits same to the HMDs (101, 104).
