Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is, with a simple configuration, to automatically calculate the number of strokes for each hole. Provided is an information processing system, which acquires a hitting sound which is inputted via a sound input unit. On the basis of a comparison between the inputted hitting sound and a hitting sound which is stored in a storage means, the information processing system identifies the type of club which has been used. The information processing system automatically increments the number of strokes for each stroke. On the basis of a change in the type of club which has been used, which is identified from a time series of the identified club types, and the number of strokes, the information processing system determines the number of strokes for one hole.
