Abstract:
The present invention provides an information processing system (10) comprising: a capital asset information management unit (11) which acquires capital asset information from a capital asset management system which manages capital assets which are delivered to recipients, said capital asset information relating to the managed capital assets and including product model information which indicates product models, location information which indicates the locations where the capital assets are located, and capital asset identification information which identifies the managed capital assets, and the capital asset information management unit updates the capital asset information which is stored on a capital asset information storage unit (12); a facility information management unit (13) which acquires facility information from an external system, said facility information relating to facilities which are delivered to the recipients and including a product model information, location information which indicates the locations where the facilities are located, and facility identification information which identifies the delivered facilities, and the facility information management unit updates the facility information which is stored on a facility information storage unit (14); and a processing unit (15) which links together the capital asset information and the facility information in which the product model information and the location information match.
