Abstract:
An information processing system according to the present invention comprises: a specification unit which specifies a plurality of visiting destinations of a user in order to assist the user in avoiding congestion and patrolling the plurality of visiting destinations; a determination unit which determines the number and attributes of people present in each of areas including the plurality of respective visiting destinations; and a route setting unit which sets a route through which the user passes via the plurality of visiting destinations on the basis of congestion situations of respective areas, each of the congestion situations being estimated on the basis of the number and the attributes of people.
