Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing improved convenience in gift management and the like. While using, as a gift ticket, information of an image indicating that a privilege for receiving a gift is possessed, a condition provision unit 211 acquires various conditions for a campaign and the design of the gift ticket as first issuing conditions. An issuing unit 222 sets conditions for issuing gift tickets and conditions regarding images, including at least the number of gift tickets to be issued and the issuing timing, as second issuing conditions, and on the basis of the first conditions and second conditions, issues the gift ticket by, for example, sending an email on the night of the day before the day of handing over the gift ticket to a customer or a later date. A management unit 103 manages the issued gift ticket. The problem is solved thereby.
