Abstract:
The present invention improves detection precision in object detection using co-training. A first detection unit (110) of an object detection system (100) learns a first classifier by using one or more data items which have a first label expressing image characteristics of a subject, and on the basis of the first classifier, classifies each of one or more data items which does not have the first label attached thereto. A second detection unit (120) learns a second classifier using one or more data items which have a second label expressing behavior characteristics of a subject, and on the basis of the second classifier, classifies each of one or more data items which does not have the second label attached thereto. A controller (130) assigns a label to the data items that do not have the first label and/or the data items that do not have the second label, on the basis of the degree of confidence of the classification results of the data items which do not have the first or second label attached thereto. The controller (130) causes the first detection unit (110) or the second detection unit (120), corresponding to the data items to which a label was assigned, to relearn the first classifier or the second classifier.
