Abstract:
An information processing system according to the present disclosure comprises: a selection unit for selecting, on the basis of one or more state quantities in a facility where objects to be incinerated are accumulated and as candidates for manipulation of a plurality of cranes included in the facility, a plurality of candidates for manipulation having high priorities; a generation unit for generating a plurality of combinations that define assignments of the plurality of candidates for manipulation to the plurality of cranes and execution orders relating to the plurality of candidates for manipulation; a calculation unit for calculating, for each of the plurality of combinations, working time until execution of the plurality of candidates for manipulation is completed or waiting time to be caused by the time when execution of the plurality of candidates for manipulation is completed; and an operation plan deriving unit for selecting, on the basis of the working time or the waiting time, a combination that satisfies a prescribed condition from among the plurality of combinations, and for deriving operation plans for the plurality of cranes.
