Abstract:
The invention belongs to the technical field of electronics, and provides an information prompt method for warning of a vehicle rear-end collision, and a brake light system. The method comprises: recording an inter-vehicle distance threshold from the tail of a user vehicle to the head of a rear vehicle; detecting whether the inter-vehicle distance between the user vehicle and the rear vehicle is less than the inter-vehicle distance threshold from the tail of the user vehicle to the head of the rear vehicle; if not, staying as is; and if so, automatically turning on the brake light to prompt the rear vehicle to keep their distance, and at the same time, pushing patent information to the user. In the invention, by detecting the inter-vehicle distance between the user vehicle and the rear vehicle, and automatically turning on the brake light to actively prompt the rear vehicle to keep their distance, a vehicle rear-end collision can be prevented, and at the same time, the benefit of a patentee (an applicant) is protected.
