Abstract:

An information providing device (10) comprises: a reliability determination unit (11) that determines reliability of an estimation result obtained by estimating the operation states of an electrical apparatus group being monitored, on the basis of time series measurement data including current consumption or power consumption of the electrical apparatus group being monitored and teacher data in which a plurality of operation states that the electrical apparatus group being monitored can enter are associated with the corresponding characteristic amounts of the operation states; and an output unit (12) that outputs information about the reliability.
