Abstract:
Provided is a system for providing useful information to a person to be provided. An information providing device (1) of the present invention comprises: a storage unit (10) in which, as interested party information pertaining to a commonly used building, identifying information for authentication and attribute information including commonly used building identifying information are associated with each other and stored, and in which information provided to an interested party and attribute information of a person to be provided are associated with each other and stored; an identifying information acquisition unit (11) which acquires subject identifying information acquired at the entrance and the commonly used building identifying information of the building in association with each other; an authentication unit (12) which determines whether the acquired subject identifying information and the commonly used building identifying information match the identifying information for authentication and the commonly used building identifying information that are stored, and which, upon finding a match, authenticates a person; a provided information selection unit (13) which, upon successful authentication, selects, from among the stored provided information, provided information associated with the person to be provided attribute information matching the interested party attribute information associated with the identifying information for authentication; and an output unit (14) which outputs the selected provided information to a display unit of the building of the commonly used building identifying information that has been authenticated.
