Abstract:
This information providing device that provides information regarding the life of a battery comprises: a life-extending method presenting unit that presents to a user options of life-extending methods for extending the battery life; an associated information presenting unit that presents a life extension amount for each life-extending method option, the life extension amount indicating the magnitude of the effect obtained by the life-extending method; and a life-extending method selection unit that receives a selection from the user regarding the life-extending method options.
