In order to display and provide information on a gaze movement path of a driver, this information providing device (100) is provided with: a driving behavior prediction unit (202) which outputs, as a predicted driving behavior, a result of predicting a driving behavior of the driver; a gaze movement database (206) which holds a gaze movement path and a movement time of the driver in the driving behavior; a gaze movement database updating unit (205) which acquires gaze information on the driver, when the driver performs the predicted driving behavior, and updates the gaze movement database (206); a gaze movement prediction unit (207) which searches the gaze movement database (206) on the basis of the predicted driving behavior and the gaze information, and outputs, as a predicted gaze movement path, the result obtained by predicting a path along which the gaze of the driver moves; and a display control unit (208) which determines a location and a time at which the gaze of the driver reaches a display (104) by using the predicted gaze movement path, and displays the display information.
