Abstract:
In order to objectively ascertain the stress state of a user and prevent a psychiatric disorder of the user, biological gas information indicating the concentration of hexadecane of the user acquired by a sensor for detecting hexadecane released from the skin surface of the user is acquired through a network at a plurality of timings together with time information corresponding to respective times of the plurality of timings. From a memory that stores information indicating the upper limit of the normal range of the hexadecane per unit period, the information indicating the upper limit of the normal range is read. A time block during which the concentration of hexadecane of the user exceeds the upper limit of the normal range is determined on the basis of the acquired biological gas information, and information indicating the determined time block is output to an information terminal of the user.
