Abstract:
 The purpose of the present invention is to provide an information-providing system and an information-providing method with which it is possible to provide highly reliable information, and an information apparatus with which it is possible to transmit, to the information-providing system, information that contributes to the information provided from the information-providing system. The information-providing system according to the present invention is provided with: an information acquisition unit for acquiring facility use information indicating that a vehicle has used a facility, and service provision information indicating that the facility has provided a service to the vehicle; an information collation unit for collating the facility use information and service provision information acquired by the information acquisition unit; and a control unit for updating operation information indicating the operation status of the facility on the basis of the results of collation by the information collation unit.
