Abstract:
Provided is an information provision device which is characterized by having: a receiving means for receiving power information about a power amount which is stored in a power storage cell from a portable power-supplying device which includes said power storage cell, which stores power to be supplied to an electrical device to which said device can be detachably connected; an identification means for identifying the power amount used by a user of the power-supplying device on the basis of the power information received by the receiving means; and a determination means for determining the added value to be provided to the user of the power-supplying device on the basis of the power amount identified by the identification means.
